The Master Plan Working Group Meeting #2 will provide an overview of the facility recommendations necessary to accommodate the forecasted level of demand at MFR and provide a forum to discuss improvement projects that might help accommodate the expected level of demand. These recommendations and requirements are developed under the guidance of FAA advisory circulars and in coordination with MFR management and stakeholders.

The Master Plan Working Group is made up of invited stakeholders from communities and businesses that are on or near MFR.  Members of the project team will be on-hand to discuss the Master Plan and answer questions, and anyone with an interest in the Master Plan is encouraged to come and participate. The Master Plan documents that have been completed to date are available on the Plan Documents and Resources page.

The open house style Master Plan Public Meeting No.1 will occur separately at 5:00pm (after the MPWG No.2 meeting) in the same location.

Please join Rogue Valley International – Medford Airport (MFR) for an informational public meeting on the MFR Master Plan update. This meeting is an opportunity for the public to discuss the Master Plan process and provide input. The meeting will be held in open house format, and there will not be a set presentation. Attendees are welcome to come and go as they please. Airport staff and members of the consultant team will be available to take comments, answer questions, and discuss points of interest. Display areas will be set up to provide an overview of the project work and initial concepts for airport improvement alternatives. There will be an opportunity to leave written comments. We look forward to meeting you and hearing your ideas.
